We were contracted to clean all the rear pads and concrete walkway located at the rear of this commercial shopping center. We arrive at the location after operating hours as to not disturb the businesses or their customers. Once we have cleared the area from large debris. We then start by pretreatment the surface that we will be scrubbing. After allowing the pretreatment to dwell for a short time when use a surface scrubber to clean concrete. Once that area has been cleaned we then turn on our hot water pressure cleaner in order to remove gum that is stuck on the pavement. After this process has been completed the walkway is completely clean and free of any debris we post treatment the area which keeps the area cleaner for a longer period of time than if it want not treated.
